Meditation workshops
Meditation is an ancient, scientific, non-religious practice. It trains the mind to become positive and powerful, resulting in a happier, healthier, more stress-free life.
From the moment we wake up, our minds are engaged in constant chatter, impairing judgement and decisions. Meditation, when practiced regularly, stills the chatter and raises awareness, allowing full focus on the present. This leads to improved interactions and a renewed sense of purpose and wellbeing.
Clinical studies over the past 40 years show that meditation has a wide range of physical, psychological and spiritual benefits. Meditating for just a few minutes a day reduces stress by 20 percent. She and the Blissup team offer holistic support, one-on-one guidance and accountability, encompassing exercise and nutrition as well as relationships, career and spirituality.

Integrated Clinical Hypnotherapy applies scientific processes to the subconscious mind – enacting powerful, beneficial change across the physical and emotional spectrum.
Developed over thousands of years, hypnosis harnesses the power of suggestion and psychological therapy to access inner potential. Specialised techniques reveal and resolve issues from the past and present, with transformational results.
This method is both effective and expedient; a limited number of sessions can have immediate effect.

Alice is a certified Integrated Clinical Hypnotherapist and Teacher from EKAA, recognised by the International Medical & Dental Hypnotherapy Association – USA (IMDHA) and has successfully completed the one-year training in Transpersonal Regression Therapy recognized by the European Association for Regression Therapy and certified by the International Board for Regression Therapy, U.S.A.
Reiki
Reiki is a Japanese word for describing the universal life force, also referred to as “Qi” – the unseen energy that constantly surrounds and influences us. It is a dynamic technique for harnessing this energy and using it to heal the mind, body and spirit.
Not affiliated with any particular religion, Reiki is simply a vehicle toward happiness, health and wellbeing. It is a proven form of preventative medicine and is often described as "the Awakener" for its ability to increase self-awareness.
In this dynamic, hands-on healing, your practitioner channels vital energy to the areas where you need it most. This replenishes energy levels by encouraging a stronger flow to enhance your body’s natural healing ability. Reiki’s powerful healing effects have been confirmed by extensive research; you will feel deep relaxation throughout as energy flows through you.

Alice is qualified as a Reiki Master Teacher in the Usui System of Reiki.
Yoga
The word "yoga" means yoking together the body and the mind. It is meditation: an opportunity to bring attention to our bodies, to listen to our bodies and to see what kinds of transformation are possible when we are mindful of our movement in this way.
What we do with our bodies affects our minds, and what we do with our minds affect our bodies.
Yoga is a rejuvenating practice that offers many health benefits: developing more flexibility and strength in muscles and joints, stimulating circulation and the organs, regulating the nervous system, and transforming our posture. If we do it vigorously, it is also good for a cardiovascular workout.
Alice has completed 300 Hrs Intensive Hatha Yoga Teacher Training ( 300 RYT - International Yoga Academy ) and 200 Hrs Hatha Transformational Yoga (Yoga Alliance International)
Pilates
Pilates is a low-impact exercise that aims to strengthen the muscles while improving posture and flexibility. For a long time, it’s had a reputation as the preferred exercise of models, celebrities and professional athletes because it predominantly targets the core. In a Pilates class whether using classical apparatus ou mat, you can expect slow and precise movements coupled with breath control. A strong core will simultaneously improve your range of motion. Pilates will change and improve your approach to movement for life.
Using Classical apparatus, following Joseph Pilates’ original system of Contrology, each bespoke session will push you to your peak physical potential.
Mat Pilates is a total body tone-up, fabulous for beginners and a great alignment-reminder for more experienced practitioners. Following the Classical sequence of Mat exercises, the practice focuses on the essential principles of Pilates work, targeting the Powerhouse (abs, glutes, thighs). Mat work helps to develop improved posture and core control, which in turn allows practitioners to move effectively and efficiently. You’ll be surprised at how hard it is working with only a mat, but you’ll be delighted with the results!
